HOW TO BUY A FISHING LICENCE

Anyone going fishing in the Beiar river are required to pay the state fishing tax and to get a fishing licence for the Beiar river via Scanatura or locally. Fishermen under the age of 18 are not required to pay a state tax, but if they want to keep fish and have their own limit, they need their own Beiar river licence. Fishermen under the age of 16 can get a “recruitment card” and fish towards their parent’s limit in the Beiar river.

LOCAL LICENCE SALES

In the Beiar river a lot of locals sell licences for their own zones or for others. Since there is so standard for who is allowed to sell licences, the fisherman is required to find out how to acquire a licence before going fishing.
